Finding out what I wanted to do in life is, I imagine, just like finding your perfect wedding dress. People ask you what it should look like; if it is suppose to be long, short, simple or fancy. You might not know the answers to any of those questions, but what you do know is that once you have found it, you will know it is the right one. That is what it was like, when I realised it was the meetings- and events industry that I felt so passionate about, where I had my future.

To me this industry is all about development. To constantly dare to challenge yourself and the people arround you. When people meet- things change, and by sharing knowledge we can develop both individually and as a community. This is the industry where we have the opportunity to make that change. And I grasp this amazing opportunity every day with a big smile on my face.
